East Orange Mixed-Use Project Lands $298M Aspire Award — Real Estate NJ

The Crossings at Brick Church Station in East Orange, NJ, has secured nearly $298 million in ASPIRE tax credits for its second phase — a nine-story, mixed-use development featuring 420 apartments, 86,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, and 26,000 sq ft of office or medical use. Developed by Triangle Equities, the project follows phase one, which delivered 400 apartments, a ShopRite supermarket, and a 1,200-space parking garage. Located beside the NJ Transit Brick Church Station with a 25-minute commute to Midtown Manhattan, the project includes 84 affordable and 63 workforce units and will replace a surface lot requiring remediation.
