The Crossings at Brick Church Station is the proud recipient of the 2025 Planning Excellence and Great Places - Outstanding Project Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association (NJ APA). According to the NJ APA, “The Crossings at Brick Church stands as a model for equitable, transit-supportive redevelopment – revitalizing East Orange’s downtown, catalyzing future investment, and reaffirming the city’s role as a hub of smart growth and opportunity.” The award was conferred at a ceremony held at the South Orange Performing Arts Center.
