The Crossings is Awarded First-Ever ULI NNJ Transit-Oriented Project Award

The Crossings at Brick Church Station is the proud recipient of ULI Northern New Jersey's inaugural Transit-Oriented Development Award, presented as part of the organization's 2026 Excellence Awards. According to ULI NNJ, The Crossings at Brick Church Station is the first project ever recognized in this category, reflecting the development's role in reconnecting East Orange's downtown to transit and creating a walkable, mixed-use destination.
