The Crossings Wins 2026 Smart Growth Award

The Crossings at Brick Church Station is the proud recipient of a 2026 Smart Growth Award from New Jersey Future. According to New Jersey Future, the project "transforms an underutilized commercial corridor into a vibrant transit-oriented district with mixed-income housing, accessible food and healthcare services, and public spaces that reconnect neighborhoods and drive East Orange's economic revitalization." The award will be conferred at New Jersey Future's 24th annual Smart Growth Awards ceremony, to be held at the Newark Museum of Art on October 7, 2026.
